Historic Hamm’s Site Vision Plan

Saint Paul, Minnesota

SRF worked with a local architect and the City of Saint Paul to develop a unique residential neighborhood on the City’s East Side by adapting an eight-acre site and 14 historic brick buildings for reuse as condominiums. SRF contributed site planning and urban design concepts and also analyzed traffic and utility impacts, parking requirements, and stormwater management.

In addition to the handsome brick warehouse architecture, the site boasts tree-covered bluffs, downtown vistas and access to Swede Hollow Park. All of these features were preserved and enhanced by the vision plan, which provides more than 200 new housing units.
