Women at SRF
Engineering is a historically male-dominated industry. SRF is committed to recruiting females and is dedicated to providing an environment that supports our women leaders to succeed. Our Women’s Forum meets throughout the year providing educational programs, networking events, and opportunities to connect with each other.
Our Rising Professionals Group aims to help new professionals excel in their career by providing opportunities and encouraging engagement both inside and outside the company. Activities include networking opportunities, education about disciplines within SRF, and sharing resources and opportunities available to employees internally and through professional organizations.
SRF’s Mentor Program assists employees in growing in a broad range of areas, including career development, personal and social growth, and corporate knowledge and understanding. SRF encourages employees of all levels and disciplines to participate in this program.
SRF also hosts a Social Committee, Employee Engagement Committee, Toastmaters, and routinely gets groups involved in team sports and other social networking opportunities.
