After years of planning, construction has begun on the 2.5 mile stretch of Robert Street. Earlier today, project partners joined the City of West St. Paul at the intersection of Robert Street and Annapolis Street for the official groundbreaking ceremony. This milestone comes as a result of steadfast planning and dedicated consensus building. Local and regional elected officials expressed optimism and excitement for the forthcoming improvements.
SRF’s services for the Robert Street Improvement Project included public involvement and agency coordination, traffic analysis, environmental documentation, street/utility design, stormwater management design, streetscaping, lighting and traffic signal design, bidding, and construction observation and administration.
