SRF worked with the Local Road Research Board to develop an interactive system preservation resource that provides a wealth of tools, strategies and outreach methods from a pavement preservation perspective. What made this project unique was its ability to utilize five pilot counties (Anoka, Dakota, Freeborn, Otter Tail and Stearns) as realworld examples. In essence, each county served as a working laboratory to test various preservation tools, methods, strategies, and communication techniques.
