Jim has 17 years of experience working on civil engineering projects. He has served as the project manager or lead civil designer on many projects that require a careful balancing of design objectives. His expertise includes municipal design, pedestrian PROWAG facility design, and ADA facility design and evaluation. As a specialist in urban design, he is well versed in the current design practices relating to ADA and pedestrian safety. Jim is an active member of the local NCITE pedestrian and bicycle committee and participates in ongoing discussions related to these key topics.
