Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion is a cornerstone of our success. The individual differences, life experiences, and talents that our employees invest in each other drives our innovation and our approach. Together, this collective knowledge fosters a diverse workplace where everyone is welcome, differences are celebrated, and horizons are expanded.

SRF cultivates a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment where all individuals feel respected, acknowledged, and empowered to bring their authentic selves to work. Our diversity drives our innovation; our inclusivity drives our approach.
