SRF’s interactive 3D environments provide project teams, stakeholders, and the public with a realistic understanding of proposed roadway conditions and design alternatives before construction begins.
Our Visualization team develops immersive, real-time digital environments that allow users to fully experience roadway corridor concepts and design scenarios through photorealistic 3D models. Using the latest digital environment software, modeling techniques, and real-time rendering technology, SRF creates highly detailed corridor models built from accurate engineering data, survey information, and project plans.

3D Visualization and Modeling

3D Full Environment
Allows stakeholders and project partners to explore any detail of a design. Landscapes are created using geospatial data, while the design is modeled from engineering documents to create a full 3D environment.

3D Photo Composite
Combines real-world photographs with 3D rendered models to achieve a photo-realistic before and after comparison.

3D Video Composite
Combines real-world video with 3D rendered animation to achieve photo-realistic results, allowing stakeholders to view a fly-through of a proposed project while seeing the impact on existing conditions.

3D Satellite Imagery
Leverages geospatial data to create terrain models. Project partners and stakeholders have the freedom to navigate throughout the design model in a more meaningful way and provide an accurate representation of the final product.
