Steele County CSAH 45 and CSAH 19 Concrete Pavement Rehabilitation and ADA Improvement Wins CPAM Award

Steele County recently received a Concrete Paving Award from the Concrete Pavement Association of Minnesota for the CSAH 45 and CSAH 19 Concrete Pavement Rehabilitation and ADA Improvement project in Owatonna. After analyzing more than two miles of concrete roadways and pedestrian facilities, SRF’s design team developed improvements for both corridors that extended the service life of the roadways, provided the public with smoother driving surfaces, and updated ADA compliant pedestrian crossings.
