SRF Presents: Radical Hospitality in Business – A learning opportunity for our industry partners

Radical Hospitality in Business

You’re invited!

SRF is pleased to invite you to a virtual three-part series, Radical Hospitality in Business—an engaging program designed to help strengthen teams, partnerships, and client relationships.

Hospitality applies in every business, in every industry. We’ve created this series for our industry partners, particularly our small business partners, as an opportunity to learn together, share ideas, and explore practical ways to build stronger working relationships in a competitive—yet collaborative—industry.

Series topics include:

Mistakes are inevitable in projects and partnerships, but how we respond defines the outcome. This session focuses on recovery strategies that will make partners and colleagues respect and trust you even more because of your empathetic responses, accountability, and honest communication.

The series will be led by Susan Reilly Salgado, Ph.D., an organizational culture expert, speaker, and advisor who has partnered with us over the past several years. After spending fifteen years in partnership with the founder of Shake Shack and other premiere NYC eateries, Susan launched a consulting company to help other companies build enduring cultures that drive outstanding results. Her work with us has helped SRF leaders strengthen team engagement, foster a positive culture, and build stronger relationships with partners and colleagues alike. We’re thrilled to share this opportunity with you to benefit from her expertise, as we have.

Susan will conduct these three sessions as 30-minute TED Talk-style presentations, each followed by 15 minutes of Q&A.

At SRF, we value the opportunity to support, learn from, and grow alongside our partners. By investing in shared learning, we can enhance how we serve each other and contribute to a stronger industry community together.

We look forward to learning with you, strengthening our partnerships, and exploring how hospitality-driven strategies can create lasting impact across our work.
