SRF has named Todd Polum our newest president, based on his strong leadership skills, broad range of transportation experience, and dedication to clients. Todd will share leadership responsibilities with David Montebello, who will continue to serve as chief executive officer and chairman of SRF’s board of directors. Together, Todd and Dave look forward to building on the foundation of collaboration and innovative thinking that infuses the SRF spirit.

Prior to joining SRF’s traffic engineering practice in 2001, Todd worked for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation on construction, design, traffic, and ITS projects. Todd became a principal in 2010 and served as vice president with primary responsibility for SRF’s regional offices in Fargo and Bismarck, North Dakota; Madison, Wisconsin; Omaha, Nebraska; and Saint Paul, Minnesota, since 2016.
