St. Paul’s Rice Park is officially re-opened! A Grand Opening Celebration was hosted on June 11 by St. Paul Parks and Recreation.
SRF provided landscape architecture and engineering design services, prepared construction documents, and assisted the City with construction administration. Updates include new concrete walkways and lighting, expanded gardens, new curbing around the center circle and garden beds, new sodding and a new tree layout.
