Philip Kulis, PE, PTOE, RSP2

Philip is a Project Director on SRF’s Transportation Mobility team. He has a passion for developing solutions to utilize the built environment safely and efficiently. He leads project teams that work in traffic operations analysis, traffic studies, safety analyses, transit operations, signal optimization, and traffic signal operations. In addition to understanding the underlying theories and concepts of traffic operations, Philip specializes in the analysis of complex transportation issues, including multimodal traffic operations analysis, roundabouts, unique traffic control, and traffic signal controller interfaces. Throughout his career, he has managed and led traffic analyses for numerous agencies, clients, and stakeholders, effectively navigating them through informed decision-making processes that result in safe and cost-effective traffic solutions.
