Paul Chellevold, AICP

Paul leads SRF’s Funding and Grants Services practice and has more than two decades of experience supporting transportation and environmental projects across the Midwest. With deep expertise in project management and funding and grant strategy, he has developed successful applications across dozens of competitive programs including RAISE/BUILD/TIGER, MPDG (Rural, Mega, INFRA), FASTLANE, SS4A, Reconnecting Communities Pilot Program, SMART, Railroad Crossing Elimination Program, BIP, and CRISI. Since taking a leadership role in 2020, Paul has helped federal agencies, state DOTs, local governments, and tribal nations secure more than $1.3 billion in discretionary funding.
