Jon McPherson, PE

With more than 20 years of engineering experience, Jon serves as a Project Director responsible for guiding civil design teams through complex highway and municipal infrastructure projects. His work spans preliminary and final design for highways, interchanges, municipal roadways, and trail facilities, with a strong focus on developing constructible, cost-effective solutions. Jon’s technical background includes conceptual design for corridor studies and grant funding applications, pavement preservation, staging and traffic control design, utility coordination, contract documentation, and detailed cost estimating. He is known for leading multidisciplinary teams and managing subconsultants with clarity and direction. Collaborating closely with agency partners, Jon excels at identifying and communicating project risks, navigating approval processes, and ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and to a high standard of quality.
