With 20 years of transportation planning and engineering experience, Todd oversees SRF’s North Dakota; Wisconsin; Nebraska; and Saint Paul, Minnesota offices. He is a strong supporter of expanding our services regionally.

A recognized leader in the transportation industry, Todd often manages complex projects that involve working through and resolving challenging operational and design decisions. He has managed projects that involve roadway operations and traffic analysis, geometric design, environmental documentation, official mapping, and alternatives development for both urban and rural freeways in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and North Dakota. In addition, Todd has led study teams through access and corridor evaluations and intersection analysis. Recent highlights of Todd’s career include:
