Justin Scott Leads SRF’s Freight Practice

SRF is excited to announce that Justin Scott, AICP, has joined SRF as our Freight Practice Leader. With 14 years of multimodal freight planning and policy experience, Justin has worked with federal, state, and local agencies to facilitate large and small freight planning and policy projects. He has a deep understanding of federal grant programs and is passionate about engaging private sector stakeholders in the planning process. In addition to Midwestern freight planning experience, Justin brings national expertise to SRF through his management of statewide freight plans in Washington and West Virginia and regional freight planning efforts in Atlanta, Georgia and Montgomery, Alabama.
