Jeff Kurth, PE, DBIA

Jeff leads SRF’s Construction Services staff, overseeing contract administration, construction observation, materials compliance, construction staking, and quality management of projects. He is a client-focused, team-oriented leader with a diverse project background, including design-build expertise.

Jeff has 20 years of experience in the construction industry, performing project management, construction administration, quality control, inspection, materials
testing, and engineering analysis. His expertise includes managing inspection and materials testing staff, overseeing construction contracts, and providing training and support to staff regarding quality practices, specifications, inspection requirements, and material testing and sampling. Jeff is certified by the Design Build Institute of America (DBIA) and currently serves as the President of the DBIA Upper Midwest Region.
