Eric Laidley, PE

Eric is a Project Director in Civil Design focused on creating safer, more efficient transportation systems for all users. With a strong background in civil engineering, design, and project management, he oversees projects, leads design teams, and coordinates with clients from early scoping and environmental documentation through preliminary and final design. For nearly 15 years at SRF, Eric has delivered a wide range of complex urban and rural roadway and highway projects in partnership with state DOTs, counties, and cities in North Dakota and Minnesota. His design expertise includes urban corridor and intersection design, urban and rural roundabout design, rural undivided and divided highway and interstate design, and special designs including structural snow fence.
