Josh has more 20 years of traffic engineering experience and  brings exceptional technical and communication skills to his projects.  Josh is very adept at communicating complex technical issues to clients and stakeholders, ensuring that everyone understands before moving on. His recent technical work has focused on freeway and arterial analysis, traffic forecasting, interchange concept design, Interstate Access Modification Requests, and benefit-cost analysis. He also has valuable experience performing travel demand forecasting and traffic operations analysis on major freeway facilities.
