Charlie serves as SRF’s Information Technology Director, guiding the strategy, implementation, and management of technology systems that support nearly 400 employees. As the leader of the Technology team, he oversees IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and user support to ensure teams have the reliable, secure, and innovative tools needed to deliver superior projects. Charlie’s commitment to efficiency, outstanding user experience, and high-quality data perfectly aligns with SRF’s mission and values.

With nearly 25 years of experience in the AEC and technology industries, Charlie has collaborated with engineering, maintenance, and support teams to create innovative solutions for complex challenges across both public and private sectors. He has led transformative initiatives to modernize systems, improve processes, and leverage both emerging and established technologies that drive performance and create long-term value for clients and communities.
