We are excited to announce that Paul Schroeder, PLA, ASLA, LEED AP, has joined SRF’s Site Development practice. Paul has nearly 25 years of experience as a development consultant in the commercial, residential, and government markets and has worked on numerous sizable and notable projects. He enjoys leading multidisciplinary teams to develop creative solutions that address project challenges and client needs. As the leader of our Site Development practice, Paul focuses on building successful client relationships and delivering site planning, survey, civil engineering, landscape architecture, environmental, and traffic services. A graduate of Iowa State University and LEED Accredited Professional, Paul is a registered landscape architect in numerous states, including Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, Colorado, Texas, and New York.
