Since 1998, Jeff has successfully managed numerous multimodal transportation planning, traffic, and design projects. Jeff has worked closely with the Wisconsin and Illinois Departments of Transportation and local agencies on a wide range of planning, traffic, safety, and design engineering theories, practices, and applications. Jeff is also an accomplished presenter, delivering engineering and planning concepts to professionals, local officials, and the general public through the use of dynamic and engaging methods.

Jeff has served as the lead transportation engineer on major NEPA studies, including the Kenosha-Racine-Milwaukee Alternatives Analysis & Draft Environmental Impact Statement, USH 10 Corridor Study 3rd Tier EA for IH 39 Amherst Junction, USH 10 Corridor Study 2nd Tier EIS at Trestik Road IH 39, and STH 26 Corridor Study Draft and Final EIS in Wisconsin.
