Don Demers, PE

Don leads SRF’s Alternative Delivery Group and excels at managing complex, multi-jurisdictional highway and transit projects. He has more than 25 years of experience in engineering, including project management, stakeholder engagement, feasibility studies, preliminary design, construction plan preparation, coordination with utility companies and public agencies, final design, and construction administration. Don has significant experience with trunk highway, transit, and federal aid design and with projects requiring complex construction staging and multi-agency coordination.
