SRF is committed to career advancement of our employees. One of the ways we do this is through continued education. For full-time employees, SRF will reimburse 50 percent of tuition costs incurred up to $2,000 per fiscal year (October 1 through September 30) for coursework towards a degree with an accredited school that is directly applicable to employment at SRF.
As a principal at SRF, I took advantage of SRF’s tuition reimbursement program to pursue a Masters of Business Administration in Finance and Management degree. This helped ease some of the financial burden and the degree has further enhanced my business and strategic planning skills for my leadership role within SRF.
