Growing traffic volumes and limited financial resources have created a need for alternative strategies to address congestion in most large metropolitan areas. SRF has been a leader in analyzing, designing, and implementing pricing technologies as well as assisting agencies in extensive public outreach programs.
Our work has included project management, planning and design activities, operations, maintenance and enforcement, construction management and system operations analysis.
