Right of Way and Relocation
Our Right of Way group includes experienced, committed, and enthusiastic professionals who approach projects in a cooperative manner, which is necessary when working with private landowners. We can provide our right of way services either on a turnkey basis or tailored to the specific needs of our client.
In addition to holding a Real Estate Broker’s or Salesperson’s license, our personnel are active International Right of Way Association (IRWA) members and perform work in full compliance with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Act of 1970 and all other statutory or regulatory requirements.
